Genesys presents free talk on "Myocarditis in Children"

(GENESEE COUNTY, MI) Jeffrey Towbin, MD, nationally known pediatric cardiologist and executive co-director of the heart institute at Cincinnati Children's Medical Center, will present a free talk on "Myocarditis in Children," Friday, July 17, at Genesys Regional Medical Center's Health Park campus in Grand Blanc Township. The talk will begin at 7:15 a.m. and conclude - after a question and answer session - at 9 a.m.
Dr. Towbin will discuss symptoms, treatments modalities and prevention strategies for patients with myocarditis.

The lecture is designed for family medicine and emergency medicine physicians, internists, pediatricians, nurses, allied health professionals, residents and medical students.

Physicians can obtain 1.5 CME credits.
