The Genesys Athletic Club Dash for a Difference 5K Run/Walk
Genesys Athletic Club will host the 10th annual 5K Run/Walk. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Genesys Home & Hospice Care Center.
The fundraising event will take place Saturday, September 25, 2010, on the Genesys Regional Medical Center Health Park trails. Registration begins at 8:30 am, at the Genesys Athletic Club. The 5K Run competition starts at 10 am, followed by the 5K Walk at 10:05 am, the 1 mile fitness run at 10:45 am and the indoor kids fitness fun run (1/4 mile) will start at 11:10 am. The outdoor course winds through Health Park’s 478 acres of woodlands and wildlife. The top three finishers in each adult age group will receive awards; all kid’s race participants will receive a finishers award.

On the day of the race, childcare is available for children ages 2 – 10 years old; advance registration is required by calling (810) 606-7534.
