This site is designed to familiarize you with the Medical Education Research Committee (MERC), provide updates on upcoming meetings, and provide you with access to valuable medical education and research resources available.  The MERC and the Research Department are committed to helping you develop an excellent research proposal while also protecting the rights of research subjects.

Purpose of MERC: The committee is designed for medical education residents, medical students, fellows, and other students who are engaged in any type of research within Genesys Regional Medical Center and Genesys Health System.
