Diabetes and Nutrition Learning Center

Diabetes is a chronic condition that requires self-management.

Genesys Health System’s Diabetes Learning Center is here to help you learn strategies to control your blood sugar and decrease your risk of the health problems associated with diabetes.

Studies have shown that people who take charge of their disease can reduce their chances of complications and premature death by 50-60 percent.

Our goal is to help you understand your diabetes and offer you support in making behavior change. Managing diabetes is a lifelong commitment. Our staff is committed to helping you make healthy lifestyle changes, and to helping you stick with them!
