This is the award-winning letter sent to Paulette Kendall & Linda Jackson:
I would like to thank you and your staff, for all they did for my parents, during my Mothers stays with you. Your Nursing Staff was excellant. They were a very special part of my Mother and Fathers lives, until my Mothers death. I would like to thank these two of your staff especially!!

Both went beyond the call of duty!! They did everything a family would ask for and more. They waited on my Mother and Father hand and foot. They comforted them both, fed them, and even cried with them. I know that this is not in their job discription, but without their extra efforts, it would have been more of a struggle for them both.

Even though my Mother, Grace Reynolds, went to her heavenly home on April 14th, 2007. If either of these ladies hadn't been there, and even prayed with them, it would have even been harder!

Our family is totally in the debt of these ladies!! It may not be appropriate, but ALL of them, deserve a GREAT BIG HUG!!! They have added many jewels to the crown they will wear, when they get to HEAVEN!!
