This is the award-winning letter sent to Deb Stocker:
We recently has a scary delivery of a mom abrupting her placenta. The infant wasinitially lifeless, with no heart rate or spontaneous breathing. Deb's aggressive CPR as a member of the recuscitation team provided very good circulation for the baby as we noted with good femoral pulses. These chest compressions probably saved this baby's life. I'm proud to have had Deb's help in stabilizing this infant for transfer to the NICU later. Well done!
