This is the award-winning letter sent to Tina Provorse:
I am an employee here at Genesys's but last month I was here with my sister who had surgery. It was that day that i learned how really special a nurse could be. My sister was having a difficult time in recovery and things took a turn for the worst. Tina was like an angel watchng over her and helping her and us through this tough time. She is a great nurse and a wonderful person with a big caring heart. We would like to thank her for everything she did for us, and for the compassion she has for her job. Not only did she go out of her way to care for my sister during her shift, she stayed well beyond her shift until my sister was stable.
