This is the award-winning letter sent to Deb Stocker:
My daughter came into Genesys on December 19th to deliver our 3rd grandchild. Things went terribly wrong when the time came. We almost lost our daughter and grand-daughter. I know a lot of people were involved in saving both of their lives and I will be forever grategul to all of them. From what I understand, Deb, you were the one who literally saved our Aleah. Dr. Simmert said that if it weren't for you, she may not be here. You were the one who gave her chest compression and you didn't leave her side. I don't know how to thank you; there are no words to explain the deep gratitude I feel in my heart. I am so proud to be part of the Genesys family and to know first had, the amazing peope who were instrumental in Aleah and Amy's well-being. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I will be eternally grateful to you for the rest of my lif. Just to let you know. Aleah is home now and we will always think of you at all of her birthdays, all of her achievements in life. Because of you, we have so much to be thankful for.
